The City Manager, Bruce Hickle, is the chief administrative officer of the City. The City Manager works directly for the five elected City Council Members and is responsible for implementing the policies developed by the City Council. Individuals who directly report to the City Manager are: Director of Utilities, Director of Public Works, Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services, and the Director of Zoning and Code Enforcement. The primary areas of focus are the efficient delivery of day to day public utilities and services, and planning for the City's future in accordance with the goals and expectations of the City Council.
City of Bushnell Administration provides support to the City Council and the citizens of the City of Bushnell. This department also provides direct support to the various departments and divisions of the City such as Public Works and Utilities, as well as its employees.
