The City of Bushnell offers professional and courteous Customer Service to our citizens. The City of Bushnell is a full service city, providing Electric, Water, Sewer, and Refuse services in and around the City.  Christina Simmons, Customer Service and Information Systems Supervisor is in charge of the City’s Information Technology needs and all aspects of Customer Service.  Christina and her staff can assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding utility services.  Christina has been an employee of the City of Bushnell since 2010. Applications for Utility Services can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department and one of our courteous staff will be happy to assist you. Most connection requests for new services can be made the same day. You can also download the Utility Service Application by clicking here.

Utility Payments may be made in person between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm either to one of our friendly staff members or at the drive thru window or the night drop box. You can also pay your bill online using the City’s website from the home page, or you can sign up for auto drafts from your checking account.  Call City Hall for more details at (352) 793-2591 or email using the link below.

Deposits for services are based on several different factors; the City bases a maximum standard deposit on a two month estimated billing for the location, or if you choose, we can do a credit check for $5. If the results come back with a favorable response, you may only have to pay the minimum deposit required.

Standard Minimum Deposits are as follows: $150.00 for Electric Service; $37.50 for Water Service; $37.50 for Sewer Service; $50.00 for Refuse Service.

Your residence may have any or all of the above services available at that location and deposits are only applied to available services. Contact Customer Service at (352) 793-2591 for questions regarding service availability and other billing information.
